1.原料制备与成型 Preparation and shaping
采用完全无污染、无有害排放的环保易控的工艺路线,制备传感器敏感元件所需的陶瓷粉体,采用压力机和特制模具以均匀压力批量制成素坯,所生产的坯体具有密度大、强度高等优点,自动化坯体成型工艺还具有操作高效可靠的优点。

2、敏感件烧结 Sensitive pieces of sintering
采用带PID功能的数显程序温控仪控制,烧结炉控温精度高,可达设定温度的±5℃,炉膛内温度均匀,烧结的敏感件产品形貌结构和成分一致性、稳定性好。

3、电极制备工艺 Electrode preparation
采用无毒害反应体系制备纳米贵金属粉体,再采用环保无毒的有机分散与成膜剂调制成电极浆料,所配制的浆料具有与陶瓷敏感件润湿成膜性好,电极烧成温度范围宽、附着力强、导电性好、具有高催化活性的多孔结构。

2.1.2 测试与检测手段 Testing
采用电子能谱仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描与透射电镜分析测定陶瓷原料与烧成体、电极浆料、保护层的成分与微观形貌结构,激光粒径仪与BET比表面仪测定材料的粒径与比表面积,热重-差热分析仪测定材料的最佳烧成温度。
采用传感器测漏仪测定装配件的气密性,电化学测试系统和综合传感器测试仪测定传感器关键部件与整体的导电性、响应时间、电势、电流等性能,台架设备测定传感器的在线使用综合性能。
